The Kempt.net DNS Black List IPv4

The main goal of this list is to react fast to new SPAM sources and list them as soon as they are seen by kempt.net mail servers. The host will be removed after 24 hours of it's last message but will be relisted if it is found to be spamming again, and for a longer period of time.
