This is a personal list of address that appear to have dynamically- or procedurally-assigned reverse DNS entries. The list operator suggests that it should not be used to block email.

To get unlisted the IP address you're requesting to be removed should have a valid reverse DNS entry which doesn't appear to be dynamically assigned.
