This is an RBL from France. It's website is in French so we had a hard time understanding it. The list has been created by an individual of 10 years experience and is being maintaned by him.

Spam-RBL.fr provides several lists that contain different types of IP addresses. The all.spam-rbl.fr list combines all the other lists.

The bogon.spam-rbl.fr lists IPs that are not routable. Obviously removal from this list is not possible.
