This is an RBL from France. It's website is in French so we had a hard time understanding it. The list has been created by an individual of 10 years experience and is being maintaned by him.

Spam-RBL.fr provides several lists that contain different types of IP addresses. The all.spam-rbl.fr list combines all the other lists.

The dsl.spam-rbl.fr list lists IPs of DSL connections. Static IP addresses of DSL users can be removed on request.

Removal requests can be sent using the concact form on the site.
