This RBL from Russia is a combined list of list.dsbl.org, dnsbl.njabl.org, dul.ru and bl.spamcop.net. They also have a list of their own. As far as we know two of the lists they use are not functional (list.dsbl.org, dnsbl.njabl.org) but again, who is perfect?
If your IP is listed in this blacklist you should first find out if you are listed in one of the other lists they are using. If not you should contact them to get unlisted.
