Virbl (by bit) IPv4 IPv6

Virbl is a project of which the idea was born during the RIPE-48 meeting. The project gets reports of virusscanning mailservers, and puts the IP-addresses that were reported to send viruses on a blacklist.

After fixing the problem that caused the listing. The IP will automatically be delisted 24 hours after the last virus from that IP was found.
